CLASSES FOR BABIES & TODDLERS

Babies (>18 months - 36 months)

Duration : 30 min per lesson

Class Size: minimum 2 students to start

​

The parent & baby classes are designed to provide an excellent opportunity for bonding, sharing the joy and fun of learning to swim together through fun activities, songs & play. It is great way to introduce good water safety habits and start building swim readiness skills. 

​

Swimming time for babies allows them to get used to and be comfortable around water. The exercise they get helps promote muscle development needed to hold their heads up, move their arms and legs, and work their core in coordination with the rest of their body.

​

Parents please arrange your own groups of participants.

Toddlers/ Preschoolers (>3 years old - 4.5 years old)

Duration : 30 min per lesson

Class Size: minimum 2 students to start

​

Good water safety habits are taught during class. It is around this time they can start to learn basic water survival skills such as floating, bobbing in and out of the water and paddling short distance to get to an exit point. 

​

The purpose of these classes is to introduce fun activities and skills that help develop motor and coordination skills in a safe, secure and encouraging environment. They will gradually learn to become stronger, safer, more confident in the water and have a healthier respect for it.  

​

CLASSES FOR KIDS & TEENS

From Ages 5+

Duration: 45min

Class size: 4 max

For higher competency: up to 6 pax

Starting your kids on learning to swim at an early age will set a positive foundation towards a lifetime of participation and enjoyment in a variety of aquatic activities. It helps develop better self esteem, water confidence, social skills and interaction. It also teaches them good water safety habits to be safe in and around the water.

​

Classes will be conducted at the comfortable pace combining water safety skills with fundamental swimming techniques that are age-appropriate. Students are taught progressively to further develop their stroke techniques and proficiency, water survivor skills, stamina improvement and endurance.

CLASSES FOR LADIES

Exclusively catered for all the ladies!

​

Classes can be conducted on a private 1-to-1 arrangement or in small groups of up to 6 pax depending on proficiency.

​

Duration of class : 1 hour per session

​

These sessions are designed more to help beginners to learn to swim, build confidence in the water, swim for recreation and general physical fitness. Step by step approach and guidance will be provided to develop water comfort, safety & the necessary basic skills (i.e. breath control, submerging, floating short distance glides, treading water).

​

Following that, fundamental mechanics of swimming (i.e. freestyle, breaststroke) and basic water survivor strokes will be taught. Progressively, we can then work towards learning new strokes, correcting strokes to improve proficiency​, building stamina and endurance training.
