First payment for each lesson block shall be made in advance at least a week prior to lesson commencement.
Payment via bank transfer to DBS savings a/c 012-6-016536, Paynow, or Paylah is preferred.

Once payment is received, a text message will be sent to your mobile phone confirming payment receipt for the respective lesson dates.
Yes, if you would like a trial class for your child, it will be based on the fee of $40 for a 30 min session. This will be more for the purpose of assessing your child's swimming ability to ensure he/ she is in the correct level.
A make-up lesson will be given if the student is unwell and provides a medical certificate at least 2 hours prior to the start of lesson.

A make-up lesson is also given in the circumstance we have to cancel the lesson due to bad weather.
Before lesson:
If it has started to rain before lesson and if there is a lightning alert, lesson will be cancelled. Make-up lesson will be arranged subject to instructor's availability.

During lesson:

If it starts to rain when lesson has already commenced, and if there is lightning alert, instructor and all students will exit the pool. Lesson will still be chargeable.

If there is light drizzle, the instructor may make the call to carry on lessons by teaching land drills or water safety skills.
Overcoming the fear of water can be difficult and a challenge as it can hold one back from learning how to swim, however, it doesn't have to be this way as this fear can be overcome with some commitment, patience and lots of support.

Your dedicated and patient instructor will walk you through this process and will work with you to learn at comfort of your pace. Certainly, that’s the reason we are here as long as you are willing to learn and practice.
Your qualified and patient swimming instructor will work together with you and guide you step-by-step on the proper floating and swimming techniques.
For any safety and health reasons, it is absolutely advisable for you to consult a certified doctor to ensure that you are fit before you start swimming lessons.
Teacher - student ratio is kept low.

The number of students per class vary, depending on the type of classes you attend and proficiency of students.
​
-For private lessons: 1 teacher to 1 student
-For parent-baby classes: minimum 2 students to start, up to 4 students max
-For kids & teens classes: up to 4 pax
-For adults classes & higher proficiency classes: up to 6 pax
Classes are conducted at Parc Palais Condominium (Upper Bukit Timah/ Hillview Area), however, we can arrange for classes to be conducted at your private residence pool.
A month's notice would suffice, you can either inform your instructor via text message or you can write in formally to oliveswimming1010@gmail.com
